3 Account Management

Account Credentials

• The minimum deposit is 500 PKR.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business partners — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your vip9999 PKR wallet within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers.
• vip9999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• vip9999 reserves the right to reject, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your vip9999 PKR wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• A valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) must be on file and verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered in your own verified name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR.
• Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for amounts under 1,000,000 PKR. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to one (1) business day.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Depositing or transacting funds derived from or intended for illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
